DashFade provides free temporary email addresses that expire after 48 hours. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, lawful use.

You agree NOT to use DashFade to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email (DashFade is receive-only)
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Bypass security systems or violate other services' terms of service with malicious intent
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals

4. No Registration Required

DashFade does not require account creation. Addresses are generated randomly and are accessible to anyone who has the address. Do not use DashFade for confidential communications.

5. Data & Privacy

All emails are automatically deleted after 48 hours. We do not store personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Advertising

DashFade displays Google AdSense advertisements to fund the service. By using DashFade, you acknowledge and accept the presence of these advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, EMAIL DELIVERY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DASHFADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
